Hiring managers use the term "fit" as a descriptive of "expectations" that the new hire will need to fulfill in order to become assimilated into the job as rapidly as possible:
- The expectations of the Hiring Manager and of the Team
- The expectations of the Company
- The expectations of the Healthcare Providers and the patients who they serve
Hiring managers can engage each session cohort informally through one of our COMPASS events. During this event, a hiring manager may identify individuals who seem to stand out in terms of their “fit” with the region or district and within the company itself.
A COMPASS Event generally consists of a corporate presentation given by the hiring manager to a session cohort that may address the following:
- Corporate Objectives
- Marketplace Plans
- and Sales Strategies
Afterward, an informal social session with all members of the cohort can be sponsored at PrepMD by the hiring manager.
Through a COMPASS Event a hiring manager can gain a uniquely personal and unencumbered insight into the nature of "fit" among the candidates in session.
