We bias our recruitment of PrepMD program participants to favor those from high target professional and academic backgrounds: engineers, biomedical engineers, pharmaceutical representatives, clinical professionals, and B2B professionals.
We admit candidates into one of our three yearly sessions only after they have undergone a rigorous interview process, conducted by former medical device industry hiring managers, who evaluate each candidate on the basis of their "hire-ability"; as a result our talent pool is pre-qualified for medical device sales and support positions.
Our three yearly sessions enable PrepMD to construct "small batch" talent pools, providing hiring managers multiple opportunities to find talent to match their need, whether it’s planned or unplanned, throughout any year.
